Where do you ship from?

All of our orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.

How long does the process take?

You'll receive an artwork preview the next business day (unlimited revisions). Once that's approved, your portrait is printed and framed (3-4 days), then posted with tracking (2-4 days).

How many pets can you include?

Most of our artwork styles can include up to 4 pets. They don’t need to be in the same photo — simply upload separate photos of each pet.

How are the portraits created?

We combine smart technology with real human artistry! We use sophisticated AI tools to restore, enhance, and extract detail from your original photo - allowing us to work with almost any picture, even older or lower-quality ones. From there, our talented digital artists digitally hand-illustrate and refine your portrait, ensuring every piece has that personal, human touch.

Are your frames good quality?

Yes, each artwork is professionally printed on premium 310gsm matte paper and expertly framed using high-quality materials, creating a beautiful, gallery-quality piece made to last.

What is your refund policy?

If you’re not 100% happy with your artwork proof, we’ll provide a full refund. And if your artwork or frame arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
