Photos & Creation Process
What kind of photo should I provide?
Clear, well-lit photos work best, but almost any photo will do - our team handles all the heavy lifting! Unsure about yours? Email contact@petsintoart.com.au or message us on socials (@petsintoart) and we'll check it for free before you order.
How are the portraits created?
We combine smart technology with real human artistry! We use sophisticated AI tools to restore, enhance, and extract detail from your original photo - allowing us to work with almost any picture, even older or lower-quality ones. From there, our talented digital artists digitally hand-illustrate and refine your portrait, ensuring every piece has that personal, human touch.
Which pets can you turn into art?
Any pet! From dogs and cats to horses, birds, rabbits, reptiles, and pocket pets, we haven’t met an animal we couldn’t turn into a beautiful artwork. Have a more unusual pet in mind? Drop us a message - we love a fun challenge!
How many pets can be included in one artwork?
We can include up to four pets in a single portrait! If you’d like to feature more than four, just send us a quick message before ordering and we’ll see what we can do.
Will you showcase my pet's art on your website and social media pages?
We love showing off our gorgeous furry clients, but only with your permission! We'll always ask for your consent before sharing any of your artwork, keeping it completely private unless you tell us otherwise.
Previews, Edits & Guarantees
How do I know I’ll be happy with the artwork?
We send an artwork proof straight to your inbox before printing! You can request as many edits as you need until it's perfect. If you're still not 100% happy with the design, we offer a full refund - no stress, guaranteed.
How many revisions are included in the cost after the first artwork preview is provided?
Unlimited! We want you to absolutely love your portrait, so we’ll make as many tweaks and adjustments as needed until it's 100% perfect.
Shipping, Framing & Payments
What sort of paper and frames do you use?
Your artwork is printed on 310GSM museum grade paper, then professionally framed in a premium quality frame. Our frames are glazed with 2mm clear glass (orders from the UK, EU, NZ, USA and Canada are shipped with 2mm shatterproof plexiglass to prevent any breakages). The frame width on the front is 2cm and the depth is 3cm.
How long will it take for my artwork to be made?
We'll email you an artwork proof the next business day (with unlimited revisions), then once approved by you, your artwork will be professionally printed, framed and dispatched in 3-5 business days.
What countries do you ship to and how long does it take?
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the USA, UK, Canada, and the EU! Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Australia: 2-4 business days (shipped locally)
- New Zealand: 3-6 business days (shipped locally)
- USA, UK, Canada & EU: 3-6 business days via FedEx Express
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your artwork is on its way!
Will my framed artwork arrive safely?
All of our artworks are professionally packaged to keep them safe during transit. On the off chance your order does arrive damaged, don't worry - simply send us a quick photo and we'll replace it for free!
