Q: How many pets can be included in one artwork?

We can include up to 4 pets on one artwork. 

 

Q: What kind of photo should I provide?

A good quality photo that shows your pets face clearly will work best, but please feel free to email us your photo, and we will let you know if it’s suitable. Our email is contact@petsintoart.com.au

 

Q: Which pets can you turn into art?

We haven’t yet come across a pet we can’t turn into a beautiful artwork. Common pets we work with are cats, dogs, rabbits, horses, birds, reptiles, pigs, etc. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have something more unusual in mind!

 

Q: How long will it take for my artwork to be made?

We will email you an artwork proof to approve within 24 hours, then once approved your artwork will be professionally printed, framed and shipped in about 2-5 days.

 

Q: What sort of paper and frames do you use?

Your artwork is printed on 310GSM museum grade paper. Then professionally framed in a premium quality frame. Our frames are glazed with 2mm clear glass (orders from the UK, EU, USA and Canada are shipped with 2mm shatterproof plexiglass to prevent any breakages). Frame width on the front is 2cm and the depth is 3cm.

 

Q: What countries do you ship too and how long does it take?

Orders from Australia are posted out with Australia Post with tracking, which usually takes 2-3 days. Orders from UK, EU, USA or Canada are shipped out EXPRESS with Fedex International including tracking, which will take around 3-6 days. You will receive an email with the tracking info once your artwork is shipped.

 

Q: How do I know i’ll be happy with the artwork?

A proof will be emailed to you before the artwork is finalised, and if you are not 100% happy, we will send through a refund, no questions asked!

 

Q: How many revisions are included in the cost after the first artwork proof is provided?

You get unlimited revisions.

 

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Google Pay, Shop pay, Zip pay and Afterpay.

  

Q. Will you showcase my pet's art on your website and social media pages?

We love to show off our clients gorgeous pets, so will occasionally share the artworks we've created for customers. But if you prefer not to share your 'pet-into-art', please let us know and we will refrain from showing your artwork online.

  

Q: Will my framed artwork arrive safely?

Absolutely, we package our artworks very well to avoid any breakage. And if your artwork arrives damaged (which hasn't happened yet!), we will replace it for free.
